In depth understanding of tax credit and tax exempt bond financing, State of California administered Multi Family funding programs, and most California local municipality administered Multi Family funding programs.

Proficient in the use of LandVision, Google Earth Pro, MicroSoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher).
