The following is a list of the most recent projects that I have been an integral part of either acquiring, developing, entitling, or building. These projects were accomplished either as a member of a team with a specific role or as a principal.


The Clarendon is a 335 unit Market Rate Luxury apartment building. It is a 5 story wrap product situated on approx. 4.22 acres in Woodland Hills, Ca. Located just north of Ventura Blvd. and walking distance to Topanga Canyon Bl. Currently under construction.

Inspire is a 420 unit Faculty, Staff and Market Rate apartment building on the campus of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Situated at the gateway to the campus this landmark development will be situated on 20 acres of gently rolling hills. Currently in Schematic Design and CEQA.

Meridian is a 104 unit 5 story podium building with subterranean parking that is Affordable Housing for families. It is located in Koreatown within walking distance to the Metro Station. Financed with LIHTC's and state and local funding. In Service.

Koreatown - Crenshaw Blvd. is a podium construction development consisting of 45 units of Affordable Housing catering to individuals in need of permanent supportive housing. HHH funding awarded. In pre-construction.

First Street Lofts is a 98 unit fully entitled development site located in downtown Claremont. Located within walking distance to the transit station and "the village" the design includes retail, live work, and rooftop amenities. 4 story podium building with subterranean parking. On hold w/entitlements.

Responsible for finding development sites for the company to acquire, develop, build and then manage. Tenant populations included Students, Luxury Market Rate, Seniors, Low and Moderate Income, Special Needs, Veterans. Duties included site sourcing through out the state of California. Preparation and negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements on CAR, AIR and company forms. Preliminary due diligence Re: zoning and entitlement risk, financial modeling, sourcing of capital stack, selection of 3rd party consultants (architects, environmental, geotechnical, Civil). Approximately 1,000 units of multi family housing under construction or in the pipeline. AMCAL became the largest California based developer of Student Housing during my tenure.

Principal owner of real estate development company. Acquired development sites, created partnerships via LLC vehicle, applied for and obtained entitlements (density bonus, zone change, variance, CUP), assembled financing for affordable housing, and flipped all sites acquired. Over 800 units ultimately built.

Over 1,100 units of multi family housing completed.
